If all of that isn’t enough, our service desk is also here to lend a helping hand when you need it. They can support you with:

  • understanding the questionnaire module, including details on how to buy and effectively use it
  • creating customisable messages so that you can target certain patients, eg by creating reminders for vaccinations
  • adding doctors and staff as administrators so that everyone can get on board with using your system
  • changing your checking-in format, which is bespoke to each practice and can be tailored to meet your exact needs.
