Egton Managed Encryption Service

Egton understands the importance for information security [accredited with ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security, ISO 9001 Quality and ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service] and will manage implementation from design and installation through to support.

Design

Egton will work closely with your organisation to develop your solution. This will include:

  • Building up your user group structure, defining profile requirements (password restrictions etc and adding accounts which may already exist in Active Directory
  • Define the installation profile/s for your hardware infrastructure. This includes desktops and mobile endpoints such as PDA, Smart Phone

Installation

Egton, an established 'Elite McAfee Data Protection' partner will:

  • Complete the installation and configuration of the Enterprise Management Console
  • Ensure rapid, unobtrusive deployment to workstations, laptops and other portable devices
  • Provide a backup solution for the Endpoint Encryption database

Easy Centralised Management and Ongoing Support

McAfee® Endpoint Encryption provides centralised management which in turn provides a lower total cost of ownership. Egton will provide dedicated support which includes managing incidents relating to the Endpoint Encryption (from call log through to incident resolution). Typical areas of support include:

  • Password recovery and reset
  • Creation of new users or groups
  • Removal and redeployment of encryption to devices on the network
  • Remote diagnosis
  • Ownership of faults / requests using our incident management system which can be viewed by the customer (1)

Pricing information

Customers can take advantage of the Managed Endpoint Encryption Service for:

  • Up to 7 devices - £595
  • Between 8 – 15 devices - £995
  • Between 16 – 30 devices - £1795
  • Orders over 30 devices or multi-practices will be subject to on-site survey and agreement

Prices include a half day to configure the enterprise management console.
