To access our online ECR tracker, click here. You will require a username and password to access this area, your username is your customer number. If you do not know your username or password please contact support.
The ECR tracker will allow you to track the progress of any of your support incidents or allow you to report a new incident to support whenever and wherever is convenient to you. You can also use the ECR tracker to run reports against the type of incidents you have logged.
Please note the ECR tracker currently only works with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Your version of Microsoft Internet Explorer must be version 5.0 or above.
